As a union officer or steward, you have repeated this complaint many times, so this workshop will discuss how to turn things around.
We will discuss different activities with the goal of getting every member to participate in two union activities every year. There will be a consideration of members who are spread across a wide geographic area, or who travel for their work.
We will also learn from the participants the strategies that different unions have used to increase membership participation.
