In today’s challenging workplace climate, union stewards play a critical role as the first line of defense against aggressive management. To be effective, stewards must know how to organize their members and confidently present grievances. A steward doesn’t just handle grievances — they are also an organizer. This workshop will focus on building and strengthening those organizing skills.
This workshop will provide proven strategies for both, while creating space for participants to share experiences and successes—so we can all learn and grow together.
